What are your methods of payment? TOP

Currently Sweet Bubba Eco Store accepts direct deposit and PayPal. If you are using any method other than PayPal then select the direct debit option and proceed with manual payment. Remember if paying by PayPal you agree to abide by their terms and conditions.

What is your shipping policy? TOP

Shipping is discounted on ALL orders through Sweet Bubba Eco Store.

Orders are shipped through standard mail with the options of express post and/or registered post. At Sweet Bubba we don't take responsibility for items lost in the mail so if this is a concern to you please select registered post for a only $2.95 additional. The postage fees plus any additional costs for registered or express post are discounted.

Often we use post pac satchels, however being an eco store we like to recycle packing boxes so your items may come in that.

We ship your order of organic, chemical and natural baby products on the next business day after order and payment has been received.

What is your privacy policy? TOP

Personal details are used to complete the current order only and for any correspondence in relation to that order, unless you opt to receive Sweet Bubba's newsletter. If you elect to receive then your details will be used for that purpose only. Order details remain on file for 90 days for our reference in the highly unlikely event of problems with the order. We guarantee your details will NOT be given to a 3rd party without your express permission.

What is your Returns Policy? TOP

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods at your cost. If the product is faulty we will ship out another product free of charge or refund the purchase price. If you simply change your mind we will offer a store credit for that value only.

Shipping back to Sweet Bubba is at the cost of the buyer.

I have changed my mind and don't want the goods anymore may I have a refund? TOP

For a simple change of mind we will offer a store credit for the value of the goods purchased as long as they are returned in unused and unwashed in the original packaging and with tags. If the item is missing tags or packaging or has been used then we can not accept a return. Shipping back to Sweet Bubba Eco Store and for the new product is the responsibility of the buyer and we don't offer discounted shipping on exchanges. Due to strict health requirements we can't exchange baby bottles and drinking cups and feeding sets.
